Fulfillment Policy.
How your order moves from intake to final files, how files are delivered and how refunds work.
All GIG Graphic Designs work is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. If you need printing, you work directly with a printer, and we are happy to refer you to one.
How an order is fulfilled
- Start a project. Submit the intake form or the Program Book or Website Planning Guide on our site.
- Quote and deposit. We confirm your price in writing. Work begins after the 50% deposit and all your materials arrive.
- Proof. We send your first proof by email and invoice the remaining balance, which is due before revisions begin. Installment plans are available when agreed in writing.
- Revisions. You reply with changes within 48 hours. Revisions are unlimited within scope.
- Approval. You approve the final proof in writing.
- Delivery. We send your final files.
Delivery methods and formats
Your files are shared through a Dropbox folder that stays available for the length of your project. Please download and save your final files before the project ends.

Editable source files are not included unless purchased in writing.
Turnaround
First drafts arrive within 3 to 5 days. Websites and larger program books get their timeline in your quote. The clock starts once we have your deposit and all materials. Retainer clients receive revisions within 10 hours, as listed on our website.
Rush delivery is available for an added agreed-on fee when our schedule allows.
Proofs and approvals
Your written approval (an email or reply saying "approved") finalizes the design. Please check names, dates, times, addresses and spelling carefully. Changes after approval are treated as new work.
Printing and third parties
Printing is not included in our prices. It is quoted separately by the printer, and we are happy to refer you to one. We send your print-ready files to you or straight to your printer. We are not responsible for print quality, shipping or delays caused by a printer.
Website launch and hosting
Your website goes live after you approve the final version and the balance is paid. The $97 monthly hosting and small updates plan begins one month after launch.
To request a small update, email info@giggraphicdesigns.com. Small updates are unlimited. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately.
Refunds

| Hosting plan | No refund for a month already started. Cancel with 30 days' notice. |
Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds after final files are delivered.
Delays
If we are waiting on you for more than 15 business days, your project moves to the next open spot in our schedule. If a delay is on our side, we will tell you right away and give you a new date.
